All you have to do is insert the zucchini and twist (like a pencil in a sharpener) then wah lah, you have noodles.

Some call it the..Some call it the Zoodeler. This amazing kitchen tool will forever change your way you think about pasta. This new tool allows you to turn a zucchini into spaghetti noodles… Yes, I said noodles. You want to know the best part? You can not even tell the difference between the too and it only takes 5 minutes to make your noodles!


To make the zucchini noodles:

  1. Make the noodles using the Zoodeler.
  2. Put the noodles in a pan with a table spoon of olive oil.
  3. Cook the noodles on medium.
  4. It should take around 4-5 minutes depending on the consistency that you prefer.
  5. Pour some sauce on top and you have yourself a meal!

This is especially great because you intake your daily dose of vegetables and you are lowering your intake of carbs. You know the feeling after you eat a big bowl of pasta and you feel bloated?
